Manufacturing facilities

Solidpump submersible and self-priming pumps are manufactured in modern factories in Asia, Europe and South Africa with strict quality assurance and quality control. Our company and manufacturing facilities are ISO 9001:2015 certified and are regularly audited in order to guarantee the best quality and reliability of our products.

Constant improvement of design and performance capabilities of pumps is carried out owing to continuous feedback received from end-users and distributors.

Abrasion resistant parts are cast and machined from high-chrome alloys, submersible electric motors are made up to insulation class H with special execution for pumping liquids up to 70°C.

The self-priming pumps are designed around solids-handling or non-clogging pump ends and are accompanied by reliable priming systems and electric motors / diesel engines by world’s leading manufacturers.

Our facilities are equipped with advanced production lines, CNC machines and modern test-beds. All medium and large size pumps are tested by default prior to dispatch.

While standard product groups (submersible pumps) are manufactured in bulk and are sold from our warehouse in Riga, Latvia, we also design and manufacture engineered pumps for non-standard applications involving special materials of construction and pump configurations.
