ZERO OIL AIR FOIL BEARING
All Turbowin products are equipped with zero-oil air foil bearings. Maintenance costs are significantly reduced due to the absence of oil lubrication system. In addition , air foil bearings are free of friction and abrasion. The life of the product is increased while replacement/maintenance costs are greatly reduced. In-house designed top foils make the bearing even more durable and reliable.
DUAL COOLING SYSTEM
Turbowin blowers have patented dual cooling system. The maina ir stream compressed by impeller and the other air stream that cools bearing and stator are separated. The temperature of air which is compressed by impeller is equal to the ambient temperature, creating higher energy efficiency than competitors’ products. Patented dual cooling structure increases motor durability by balancing the temperature between both air bearings and windings.
LOW VIBRATION & SOFT NOISE
Having low vibration of 1mm/s and low noise level of 75±5 dB.
ADDITIONAL MODIFICATIONS
Models with SMART IoT integration function (WL-i series) and micro turbo blowers (WL-m series) with a range of 3 to 10 HP (2,2 to 7,5 kW) available.
